Configure email settings for booking notifications

Important Information

Sender: Emails will be sent FROM roopanvnair@gmail.com
Recipient: Emails will be sent TO athira.digi.studio@gmail.com

When booking data is saved, an email with booking details and uploaded attachments will be automatically sent to the configured recipient. Make sure to use an App Password if you have 2-factor authentication enabled on your Gmail account.

Sender Gmail Configuration

Configure the Gmail account that will send booking emails to athira.digi.studio@gmail.com

The Gmail address that will send the emails (roopanvnair@gmail.com)
Gmail App Password (not your regular password)
Name that appears as the sender
Email address that appears as the sender
Send a test email to athira.digi.studio@gmail.com to verify the configuration
How to Get Gmail App Password for roopanvnair@gmail.com
  1. Go to the Google Account settings for roopanvnair@gmail.com
  2. Enable 2-Step Verification if not already enabled
  3. Go to Security → App passwords
  4. Generate a new app password for "Mail"
  5. Use the 16-character password (ignore spaces) above
  6. Emails will be sent FROM roopanvnair@gmail.com TO athira.digi.studio@gmail.com
